These are photos of a tent where Rajab, a 49-year-old man w. a disability and father of 7 children, lives in Rafah. He texted me yesterday that the soaring heat in Rafah has been unbearable with 37 degrees Celsius outdoors & scorching heat inside the tent.

Yazan Al Kafarna had cerebral palsy. Similarly to some other children w. cerebral palsy, he needed special diet that he couldn’t get due to Israel’s denial of humanitarian access and war crime of starvation. He died. Other children w. #disabilities in Gaza are at similar risk.

Today, I read once again the Dr. Haytham Ahmed’s testimony from January 13.

He said, “Human rights don’t apply to us Palestinians. If the occupation forces enter the hospital… as a doctor will I be protected?”

It’s been more than 48 hours and no news about his whereabouts.
