BREAKING: The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals today reversed the preliminary injunction decision in Doe v. Thornbury, our case w/ @NCLR regarding medically necessary care for transgender youth. The ban on this care in Kentucky remains in effect.

#BreakingNews : JCPS Board votes 5-2 to adopt a policy that implements anti-trans SB150 but creates a legal loophole that utilizes a Section 504 Plan that would allow trans students to create a plan respecting pronouns & allows restroom use consistent with their gender identity.
