🌊It was a pleasure to visit Water of Leith Conservation Trust at their visitor centre earlier today ahead of the Scottish Greens conference in Edinburgh this weekend.

🌍Nature restoration and conservation projects such as this one are crucial in tackling the climate emergency.

Tomorrow, Edinburgh Greens have a motion reaffirming the Council's support for a ceasefire in Gaza, & calling on the Council to take action to show solidarity with Palestinians in Scotland, Gaza & around the world 🇵🇸

The Lord Provost has said he will not accept this motion.

Publicly owned Prestwick Airport will no longer do business with the Israeli Air Force following pressure from the Scottish Greens and campaigners.

The UK must not be complicit in the crime of genocide currently being inflicted on the people of Gaza by Israel.

Over 100 amendments were debated and voted on yesterday evening on the Wildlife Management and Muirburn bill.

Giving Scottish SPCA 🐾 the powers they need to investigate crimes and banning the use of snare traps.

The final debate and vote on the bill will be on Thursday.
