The winner of the 2023 #EuropeanMobilityWeek award is Budapest! The 🇭🇺 capital organised a variety of awareness-raising activities, including a car-free weekend.

We would also like to thank our outstanding finalists: Amadora 🇵🇹 and Stadt Innsbruck 🇦🇹 for their work.

In Hungary 🇭🇺 Discussed with Mayor of Budapest Gergely Karácsony and Deputy Mayor Kata Tutto the urgent need for more affordable housing and using EU funds properly as they do.

Then we visited an EU-funded project which is helping turn a disused school building into affordable flats.

🌏 #COP28UAE IS OVER
For the first time, the United Nations climate talks have addressed the need to stop burning fossil fuels.

But it's not enough!
Still no acknowledgment to ultimately phase them out. A clean planet for all needs decisive actions.
