After going undercover at HMP Bedford, I visited the family of a man who died inside the jail last month.

Eddie Hands was 42, a dad of two and had a serious heart condition. His parents say lifesaving medical equipment didn't get to him inside the jail - despite repeated pleas.

One of the most important lessons I learned in adulthood is that once someone decides to dislike you, for whatever reason, everything you do after that point - no matter now inoccuous - will be filtered through the lens of reinforcing why they don’t like you.

Something I learned early on that always works: When someone starts to micromanage you, micromanage them back 😂 Send messages on *everything* you’re starting and completing for a good week and watch how they back off 🤭

Last weekend I learned that women will literally stress themselves into having an autoimmune disease so yea idgaf about anything anymore 😭

Abusive language such as this must not be tolerated, regardless of whether it is said in private or in public. With two MPs murdered in recent years, comments like this have a real impact on politicians and their loved ones and are totally unacceptable.
