The Browne Jacobson Legal & HR for Education team has published its School Leaders Survey results, which show significant levels of disquiet with important policy areas, including SEND funding. The termly SLS findings are designed to provide insight into the key challenges and opportunities in the sector.

📢 The National Audit Office reported around 24,000 school buildings to be beyond their initial estimated design life, putting pupils at 'very likely and critical' risk of injury or death from a school building collapse.
