Did U know the amount of sugar present in ur blood?
Supposing ur sugar is 100mg/dl
Ur body has 5litres of blood
Which means 50 dl
Therefore in 5 lit U have 5000 mg or just 5gm of glucose.Just 5 bloody gms.
For a perspective 100 gms of wheat flour has 60gm glucose.
