March 2024 was the warmest March on record. Last month continues a streak of records, with the last 10 months each the warmest for their respective months in @nasa’s temperature record, GISTEMP.

Sea ice at Earth’s poles continued declining in 2024 🌊🧊

Antarctic sea ice reached near-historic lows on Feb. 20 & Arctic sea ice hit its max extent on March 14. Arctic sea ice is 14th lowest on record, @nsidc reports, consistent with a 46-year decline. go.nasa.gov/4apSeXO
