New Tucker lab gear courtesy of our departing star RA, Emily Marshall (2nd from left), graduate of MVCC Mohawk Valley and University at Albany. She always got our vibe, and did some awesome science here. We'll miss her greatly, but our loss is the PhD program at University of Rochester's gain.
Many thanks Stephen King for helping the recruiting efforts to my lab in famous Utica (genetics.mmri.edu)! What place did I get in order to spend the rest of my life here๐ค
In seriousness, although it ain't perfect, there's no place I'd rather live and work. It's home.
Bit behind on promoting this, but glad to be part of some great work spearheaded by Kaushik Amancherla from Vanderbilt Transplant Center. Demonstrating high quality single cell data from biopsy-size samples should open a lot of doors both in transplant rejection and beyond. More to come!
