We see a tremendous overlap with autonomic dysfunction and #gastroparesis at Cleveland Clinic. It’s rewarding to offer the confidence to pts of “we’ve seen this before” even if we don’t always know how yet to intervene. Looking forward to more research like this!

It looks like the longer time we do hypnosis the better even if it is less sessions. My conceptualization of what gut-directed hypnosis is it makes sense. I always describe it as training for the nervous system. Just like exercise longer consistent practice is better!
