Poster 620 shows that gender specific PrEP studies have ⬆️ female participants significantly.

But in treatment trials only 20% of participants are female global population are 54% F.

Not to KEEP going on about our #LGBTQ module for Barts and The London, Queen Mary 1st year medics but today was fantastic. This time Dr Kyle Ring Kyle Ring spoke on intersectionality, LGBTQ health & decolonising medicine - as well as fascinating insights on professional identity. We loved it!

Thank you to all who joined our session on improving women's involvement in HIV research. Angelina Namiba and I enjoyed sharing our experience and hearing about the range of experiences in the room, as well as talk through Salamander Trust's participation tree.
