It was a great session, very educational: many aspects need to be considered to optimally manage patients with heart valve disease: symptoms, pt aims&preferences, cardiac function, hemodynamics, arrhythmias and a fib duration, valve morphology, surgical risk, available devices…

Great trial with impressive results. The impression is that most included lesions were rather severe so to some extent the trial also seems to say that a negative FFR in a high grade lesion is not as much a guarantee that PCI deferral is fine as previously thought.
