HUGE NEWS!! This is THE moment Scotland banned snares, licensed grouse moors and muirburn and implemented restrictions on brutal wildlife traps. By doing so, the government has taken a stand against wildlife crime.

A huge congratulations to all involved. Feeling quite emotional…

Big snake. This anaconda, rescued from a cattle farm was undeniably long, but slack, thin and covered in ticks. We removed them, gave it every ounce of vet care possible then released her into wild lands far far from people.

Gaping! Crocs are far more social creatures than we thought. Body language, posturing, physical contact and vocalisations provide an enticing window into their communal lives. Concludes this eve at 9pm on Channel 5 after on My5 and Fremantle worldwide
