A3. I think it has to be the foundation of what we do, from planning to executing the lesson. We need to give our students the time to build, connect rebuild and repeat.

A2. Building content text is as vital as a good story arch, you need understand the beginning (basic knowledge or foundational skills) in order to the climax & eventually the conclusion (graduation & real world application). If your knowledge doesn’t you don’t grow.

A1. First is gathering students prior knowledge on the topic. From there it’s all about finding interesting and relatable resources to help students engage in enjoy and relatable assignments so that students see the meaning behind the content.

A1. I would say classroom management, specifically in the way you build your relationships with your Ss. If there is no relationship then it’s very hard to design a lesson that engages them. Ss need that buy in & it’s starts with your own buy in.

A2. Laptops & tablets are already use on a daily basis in my district. They’re used for students to take assessments, write CR, research & learn content. Cell phones can be used more for real time CFU by the use of QR codes that lead to surveys, questions, polls etc

A1. AI is both an exciting and scary new tool (for me). As an educator I love to use it to help formulate questions, crate reading for students on their reading level (like Bill of rights) and demonstrate different perspectives on a topic
