Our Student and Family Assistance program hosted its first bed co-build with @ShpBeds, St. David's Foundation, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and it was a smashing success! We built 30 beds in just 2½ hours, and will be delivering them to families tomorrow morning.

Campus life is both challenging and rewarding for students. We empower families and provide tools for them to advocate for themselves, and our Program Managers offer a trusted haven, supporting student success through collaboration and guidance. #SocialWork #TxEd #Education

CIS teams up with schools, placing caring staff on campuses to support students and families across Central Texas. From providing safe spaces to intensive home visits, we're dedicated to student well-being and success in school and beyond. #TxEd #SocialWork #FamilyEngagement

CIS offers crucial support, addressing daily challenges that disrupt family stability and impede student success. This year, we provided $672,681 in direct assistance for essentials like food + housing. With this aid, families can focus on education + enhancing their well-being.
