Welsh Government officials for Eluned Morgan are now refusing to back #Maternity review Chair Margaret Bowron KC and have said it is a matter for the Health Board.

Officials have previously strongly backed Bowron.

We have results of RCM Wales staff survey of midwives in Swansea Bay NHS from December 2022. Only 1 out 157 people completed it. Their response was very negative. It wasn’t only #NHS managers who were absent. Union had few branch officers. Poor staff were abandoned by everyone
