Sometimes I may come across as if I am defending Dr’s. This must be seen through my bias as I spend most of my clinical time with profoundly mentally ill doctors, often made ill through their work. Role Dr’s have may create privileges but I see also the tremendous mental costs.

Eg army recruitment training mirrors active warfare. So RT for Drs must include working when exhausted, short staffed & in fear
