Not all healthcare scientists work behind the scenes. Ellie is a Clinical Scientist in Cardiology at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

She and her team help diagnose and treat heart disease, carrying out tests like echocardiograms and assisting during procedures like pacemaker insertion.
