An exploitive part of academia is having to get another job offer to be able to demand my job compensate me fairly. Now more senior scholars flood an already full job market. This particularly disadvantages scholars of color because our work is often boxed in as just “race work.”

Ladders4Action website was recently used for card testing. The site was not hacked & data is secure, but there were some consequences. Some of our emails were not received & some genuine donations were returned in error. A sincere apology, we are working to resolve the situation
