Really fantastic second session of our Pathway and Groundswell ICS programme today, supported by NHS England. Can't get enough of listening to dedicated people from ICSs all around the country, striving to do better on inclusion health.
Wonderful to hear our participants' feedback on Session 1 - the power of lived experience to ignite change. Lots of appreciation for Bridging Gaps, Surfing Sofas, Museum of Homelessness, James Dillon, as well as for the 'powerful sense of responsibility' communicated by Bola Owolabi

So proud of the Groundawell team for this achievement. As my colleague Rachel Brennan said, it means so much more because weāre measured against a framework of good practice that has been established by the NHS and developed with people with lived experience.
Yesterday, we were proud to be awarded a GOLD award of Charter status by NHS England and Career Matters at the #LivedExperienceCharter 2024 Awards event! š¤©
This award demonstrates the open and inclusive recruitment of people with lived experience.

An absolute privilege to have worked with such an inspiring group of people from Groundswell & Sheffield City Council Changing Futures programme on the development & delivery of a webinar promoting lived experience involvement for Homewards thanks to all those who attended
Healthcare is in crisis for everyone, but for people experiencing homelessness the situation is urgent & life-threatening.
It was a privilege to work with Dee O'Connell, Rachel Brennan & others on this statement, but absolutely miserable that we had to.
Following its conference last week, the Faculty for Homeless & Inclusion Health has released a statement condemning the deplorable health & healthcare access of people in inclusion health groups bit.ly/3wWd030. We urge Wes Streeting MP & Victoria Atkins to listen & actš§µ1/8
I wrote to The Times about prison releases to the streets, following up on Rachel Turner yesterday. If anyone can suggest what else can be done about this, please let me know! #EveryonesHealthMatters
Sadly discharge to the streets is a familiar concept for those of us working in inclusion health. Really pleased to see The Independent shining the spotlight on this issue alongside first hand experiences of the devastating impact this has on the individuals
We're Launching the Lived Experience in Policymaking Guide today including reflections on the principles, behaviours, and mindsets that underpin lived experience work.

We need to stop commissioning & delivering services for mental health, substance use, rough sleeping, physical health separately. We need holistic services which see someone as a person - Jenny Drife doing a great job at Pathway #InclusionHealth24 #EveryonesHealthMatters
Letās get angry not complacent & make some noise to shock those outside of the inclusion health sector is the plea from Jenny Drife letās use what weāve heard in the inclusion health barometer from Pathway & Crisis & make change #everyoneshealthmatters #inclusionhealth2024
