Looking forward to seeing this new Archaeology Irl Mag Heritage Guide which is an output of the project we are working on with UCD Archaeology supported by IrishResearchCouncil National Monuments Service and The Heritage Council exploring the Archaeology of Revolution in East Limerick.
🤩 Out Now.
The latest output from our IrishResearchCouncil-funded Archaeology of the Irish Revolution project led by Prof Joanna Brück at @UCDArchaeology with collaboration of Abarta Heritage and fantastic assistance from East Limerick communities.

More from the UCD Archaeology-led Archaeology of the Irish Revolution project in East Limerick, with which I've been working. It's so important to locate and (where physical evidence still exists) record such IRA dugouts, a very important element of the guerilla infrastructure.
For anyone who wants to know more about #Cork check out Royal Irish Academy online atlas at ria.ie/digital-atlas-… The site also has basemaps that you can flick through, fascinating details via Cork Archives & others #LoveCork #PureCork #Cork Like Sarah Kate Photography another one for you
Autograph books, such as this one from Reading jail 1916, were passed in and out of prisons, and this one survived through a Limerick family called Searson. This entry is by Seán Milroy, later a TD and Senator. IrishResearchCouncil UCD Archaeology Abarta Heritage
