‘The govt’s White Paper promised a private rented sector “with affordability, security and quality at its heart.”
As Chair of the RRC I fully support the Renters' Reform Coalition & agree the Bill falls far short of the govt’s promise.
The Bill in its current form is a failure!

There needs to be a more proactive approach to ensure legal aid is available to all those who should be able to access it.
Until then, Ministry of Justice cannot demonstrate that it is meeting its core objectives or securing value for money.
