In April I only clocked in 296km👌🏽This was due to tapering for Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon and now I've sustained an injury (harmstring)
For the year I'm on 1936km, this is a great foundation for ComradesRace 👌🏽For now I'll focus on resting and treating the injury 🙂 Got to stay positive!

While I have you here: someone threw their headlamp at me Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon 56 & said they’ll get it at the finish line. Til today no one has come to claim it, thought they’d have DM’d by now.
They either run for Fat Cats Athletic Club or Team Vitality 🐝 , it was dark 🤔
