I really love #AHouseThroughTime and thought it would be a great extension home work for our Year 10s to explore the process of History and how historians work so I've mocked up this for pupils to use as they watch it. Hoping for some good results!
The actual house from #AHouseThroughTime is up for sale!

Having re-watched David Olusoga present the latest #AHouseThroughTime via BBC iPlayer, I'm now re-watching that precious jewel from Prof Janina Ramirez ep 2 from her most recent series of #RaidersOfTheLostPast2 ! These series are wonderful viewing for all, so do watch them. 📺📺📺📺
Wonderful that Walter's story has been told. Never in his darkest days or wildest dreams would he have imagined that, nearly 100 years later, the BBC would feature his story and strangers in time would empathise and understand his struggles.Fantastic program xx

Look forward to reading the book co-authored with Melanie Backe-Hansen
This weekend I stayed in an old priory. Built 1170, given to Oxford in the Reformation, then a Victorian girls’ school & private home. In the 70s, Tudor clothes were found in the attic. Imagining all the feet that have walked here was spine tingling. #AHouseThroughTime
