Not a fat lot going on at #LadywalkNR today and I left my new camera at home today due to the mediocre pics in this tweet. A total of 53 species today including a couple of Cuckoo's, peregrine at the end, pair of Egyptian Geese by rudd hide and plenty of little egrets.
Brilliant weather for birding, only hardcore birders are up at the crack of dawn in weather like this. Ladywalk NR is getting a lovely watering this morning. Been on site since twenty past six this morning .

What an enjoyable 6+ hours at the West Midland Bird Club #BelvideReservoir with a font of #Birding knowledge in the form of Foz. This gentleman is one of the best and most respected birders I know and a pleasure to spend an enjoyable few hours with.

Fun few hours at Ladywalk NR today. My fist birding outing this week. Highlights have goto be the Dunlin and lone Hobby flying south-east towards Blyth end. Wellies highly recommended as the paths are flooded between B and Bittern hides.
