OK, I didn't suffer as much as those not yet on state pension but I did have a couple of bad years!

Then IR35 totally cut me out of ltd company contracting. Needed money into business to meet BBL payments. Since 2021 been selling Chinese stuff on eBay just to pay, half paid back ..ZERO wages ..can't earn enough. We're broke!
