Treat all layers of the pyramid, not just the 'how do we sign people back to work'

Regardless of whether the PM’s speech on PIP and #FitNotes is a political move, words matter.

It feeds the narrative that disabled people and those with long-term health conditions are the problem, rather than inadequate systems of support.

We need to do better than this.

1. measure your progress (extremely motivating)
2. structure your workouts (reduces the mental workload)

And take it easy so you don't scare yourself off or hurt yourself in the early stages. Slow and steady wins the race
