This is my reality of having T1 diabeties & an eating disorder. Told not to focus on food but needed to weight out everything to know how much insulin I need to take. Having T1 diabeties causes you to have to know food inside out, protein, fat, how many carbs it’s endless #GBDoc

It's so difficult to contact anyone regarding my diabetes. I see a consultant every 6 months (phone call) but in-between I don't have access to anyone. I ring and ask questions, someone says a DSN will get back to me but they never do!! Very frustrating #GBDoc
