Today New York Mag Union is celebrating with all the NewsGuild of New York shops who have been fighting to get #JustCauseNoExceptions at the bargaining table. Journalists should be able to do their jobs without fear of retaliation especially as we all push for more diverse, inclusive newsrooms ✊🏽
Journalists are not expendable. Employers are attempting to undermine our collective strength and security. Just Cause requires an employer to be accountable for the actions it may take against an employee.
