Just curious as to what the governments plan is when people on disability who get 50% below the poverty line and can't afford basics, can't even go to foodbanks because they are out of food. Are we expected to starve to death?

The amendment that the Governor in Council must consider the Official Poverty Line and extra costs associated with disability is irrelevant. The Liberals recommend to the Governor General who that GiC should be, then Carla tells them the plan.
