Thank you to Women's Budget Group for the #Census2021 event for a day of learning how to use data to #BridgeTheGenderDataGap and exploring the importance of feminist analysis to work out the stories behind the stats. It was worth the 5am start!

The unreasonable delay in the #census2021 notwithstanding, it is not clear how a census - the way it has been conducted in India so far - will help estimating #PVTG population unless we combine census& administrative data under quite strong assumptions about their spatial spread
