'This crisis is not over until everyone is protected.' Earl of Lytton

We need ALL flat owners protected from ruinous building safety remediation costs.

This is only possible if the government implements the buildingsafetyscheme.org

Across London and the UK there are developers that are refusing to fix unsafe buildings, but are still being handed new construction contracts.

This is morally wrong and companies refusing to remediate buildings should be blacklisted from new projects.

Another day, another interview, another protest, another development living through 9 years of no progress & another group of leaseholders prisoners in their own homes 😡 Russell Quirk

I first met with residents of East Village in November of last year.

I'm pleased that the London Legacy Development Corporation has agreed to work alongside me on this issue, the residents are not responsible for the cost of the remediation.

Looks like rubble/cardboard boxes doesn’t it? But nope this is the flammable cladding which is finally being removed from our building. 6 years 4 months after the Grenfell tragedy

This is a block of flats in South London that I noticed had a waking watch for the last 2-3 yrs. Looks like remediation finally started. No idea what the detailed situation is here, but it looks grim. End Our Cladding Scandal

Cladding progress on my building makes me so happy! Just to think that in 2018 I didn’t even know a “cladding scandal” was a thing. Every day since 2019 it has been on my anxious mind. Finally we are getting there and then we can get OUT 🙏

Unbelievable that a full year after the Building Safety Act, the government's fine words on protecting trapped leaseholders turned out to be just words.

I can't believe we are once again campaigning to - please do give End Our Cladding Scandal a follow 👇

Relentless, hugely complicated, impacting so many lives for over 5 years, little sign of a final end point, hugely costly on individuals... Small steps forward have been made thanks in large part to End Our Cladding Scandal but still so far to go.
