How can we accurately assess the #LocusCoeruleus (LC) using MRI?
We aggregated across published LC maps to derive a high-confidence consensus mask (➡️OSF).
Applying this mask, we demonstrate memory-relevant LC degeneration in early-onset Alzheimer’s, which we verify post-mortem🧵
