I'm very excited to present the updates on our scan mode SynchroPASEF on the #bruker timsTOF at #ASMS2023 . If you want to discuss how the high specificity and efficency of SynchroPASEF improves high troughput or single cell workflows, then visit my poster WP 122 today. Matthias Mann Lab
Today was the first day of installation for our 5th (!) mass spectrometer, the timsTOF HT from BrukerMassSpec. Can’t wait to fire this one up and try some experiments. We’re excited to officially become part of the Bruker fan club. 🤓
We are happy to present our recent work applying timsTOF in PASEF mode for cataloging peptides and proteins in CSF using 4D proteomics. We further utilized this to identify differentially abundant proteins in Alzheimer’s disease. #WileyProteomics
Excited to share our latest research on fragment ion intensity prediction for timsTOF #immunopeptidomics data analysis! Check out the preprint on #bioRxiv : biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
Also really proud to be in a @proteomicsnews blog post! Read about it here: proteomicsnews.blogspot.com/2023/08/fragme…
Hoping to improve the depth of your plasma #proteomics ? Researchers at Helmholtz Munich combined the ease of using our ENRICH-iST plasma preparation with the power of a Bruker timsTOF HT instrument to identify almost 1,600 protein groups. Learn more: ow.ly/Mo8250Rf0NB
Muy interesantes jornadas de jóvenes investigadores de la SEEM e-seem.org excelente presentación de Juan Gómez de BrukerMassSpec sobre Bruker Applied Mass Spectrometry y #timsTOF . Muchas Gracias.
On July 19, Parallel Squared Technology Institute (PTI) and Slavov Laboratory members visited Bruker's headquarters in Billerica, MA for a full-day training workshop. They had the opportunity to see various timsTOF models and learn best practices for their instruments.
Playing around with lysozyme on the timsTOF Pro for Matthew Eddy Protein Biophysics class. We can’t wait to show the class some amazing mass spec!! UF Chemistry
