#UKRO2022 Scenario 3 ‘Grand central’. By now the rain had firmly established itself! The 90min scenario was to access a casualty that had fallen from height. We started from the 11th floor of a car park. Rapid casualty access was achieved whilst a detailed rescue plan was decided
