In yet another road kill, a full grown male sloth bear was knocked to death near Koknagad in Bhandara district on NH53. Need to set up speed controllers like rumbling strips and radars on wildlife crossings on the Bhandara to Deori section of this NH.

Thanks Vijay Pinjarkar for the article. It's high time Maha Forest Official plans on long term mitigation plans for the elephants, or else it will be a similar situation like CG, Odisha, WB & Jharkhand.
