Parallel shifts have occurred
1) staff support has shifted from faculty support to student support
2) expectations on faculty to do/be more have soared
3) pay has stagnated
4) Associate Deans & other poorly trained admins can’t understand why faculty report burnout/frustration

Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #InspireInclusion . #IWD

This is supposed to be a 'not-for-profit' public post-secondary education system. The provincial government should be properly funding it because it's an investment in our economy through preparing students for good jobs and to be contributors to society.
