Claudia A. Merandi Gabapentin not anywhere near effective for acute pain + suboxone? Is the latter for when they are replacing effective opioid medication with Gabapentin? Gabapentin takes time to build up in the system.🤯 It is not effective for acute pain 🤦♂️
Claudia A. Merandi It's because of prohibitionists, multidistrict litigators, and people with drug control titles like Rahul Gupta. Diversion has always happened, because it's the only way people can get safer regulated drugs. Diversion will exist until all fda approved drugs are sold like alcohol.
Thank you, Rabbi Josh Bolton, for protecting the Jewish students/faculty at Brown University

Claudia A. Merandi I've had Oxycodone prescribed for pain.
I've had Gabapentin prescribed for pain.
One works.
One doesn't.
Gabapentin also has serious side effects.
Claudia A. Merandi Opioid hyperalgesia or pain worse with pills was pushed by PROP then the FDA warning. Remember FDA will pick up on any rare warning. If you do have more pain with the medicine just slack off and try another one. It's rare, no reason not to take. Good excuse for crusader though
