My lease management company, Parkfords, have send me another large bill for “works on a cupboard” but if I want to see their estimates and tenders on the work then I have to book an appointment to see them - they won’t email them across. And it’s my money they’re spending!

So they can demand money from you but if you want to know what exactly you’re having to pay for …… you have to schedule an appointment that is *checks notes* most convenient for THEM
