Not fully #CycleToWorkDay , but our patients took part in a cycle challenge this week, in total they cycled 20 miles which is the equivalent of Lancaster to Preston! Myself and Stuart Middlehurst also decided to go for a quick cycle in the gym after work 🚴‍♀️🚲
