Wuhan, a 🇨🇳 city with 11 mio inhabitants, has been under quarantine since 23 Jan.
Since that date, there is less traffic which means less NO2 emissions.
The quarantine shows its effect, the nitrogen dioxide level is at its lowest level since a year.
