That said, all suppliers signed up to NI Utility Regulator's new consumer charter, so should do what they can to support vulnerable customers and those in hardship especially. 19/20

Few headlines from the paper as payments start going out, both by bank transfer and voucher. Whilst this payment is welcome there are lots of moving parts and therefore scope for things to go wrong. 1/20
