ruth smith Michael Gove Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities - are pretty much saying this anyway. Just get moving. Remove all of these buildings out of scope with mitigants asap. No excuse for delaying this for years and years.

1)Govt (central and local) must fund remedial work
2)Then they should recover what is available from developers, suppliers, consultants, insurers etc
