New high street cycling schemes tend to remove footway near shops, and not to add any bike racks. We need sheffields outside every shop, and no footway loss.

We are programming the loss of retail heritage, with local policies.
It will take new legislation to halt further loss, and to achieve this we need all supporters of the traditional high street and its walkable access legacy to challenge programmes of #ReducedAccess , as an idea.
