I think of all the #MECFS patients Drs have abused and killed with no witness. Not everybody has family to advocate for them - most don't. Most abuse isn't caught on camera. Most MECFS deaths aren't recorded. This is systemic. Carlas case is the tip of the iceberg #SaveCarlasLife
