Abhishek Chatterjee ℍ𝕖𝕟𝕣𝕪 𝕎𝕚𝕝𝕤𝕠𝕟 𝔻'𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕫𝕒 I did visit the offline metro counters in Mumbai (MMRDA & Reliance Metro, BEST). I had my SBI debit card contactless and NCMC both activated. Requested to add money offline into prepaid wallet. They said my card is not readable in their machine and they cannot add. Also tried PNB

Abhishek Chatterjee ℍ𝕖𝕟𝕣𝕪 𝕎𝕚𝕝𝕤𝕠𝕟 𝔻'𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕫𝕒 I think I should send an email to the issuing bank. If they don’t reply after 30 days then I could send an email to the RBI Ombudsman. Even banks are sending SMS and on Twitter. Recently CANARA Bank mentioned this.
